- Vacuum Insulation - drink ware uses double walled vacuum sealed insulation technology, meaning the space between the stainless steel walls is void of matter. With no medium for heat to transfer, your drink's temperature will not be impacted by the temperature outside the container.

- Cold up to 24 Hours / Hot up to 12 Hours - The double wall vacuum sealed drink ware will keep your beverage cold up to 24 hours and your drink hot up to 12 hours.

- Stainless Steel - drink ware is crafted from 304 grade 18/8 stainless steel. All drink ware is BPA free highly resistant to rust and to absorbing odor, taste or bacteria. They are easy to clean by hand.

- BPA Free Push Seal Lid - The clear lid seals tightly while allowing you to see inside your tumbler. Dishwasher safe & shatter resistant.

- Copper Coated Inner Walls - double-layer stainless steel inner walls are copper plated, which provides an additional barrier against heat entering or exiting the vessel.

We are happy to get a replacement sent out for you! If items are damaged in transit, The White Invite will replace items as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS. You have 7 days to let us know of anything that arrived damaged. The same shipping method will be used to mail out the replacements as the original shipment. The White Invite is not responsible for paying expedited shipping for replacements due to damages by mail carriers.

All orders will be shipped to the address listed here on Etsy. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, The White Invite does wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place). PLEASE NOTE: The White Invite IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as The White Invite has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.

If the order is returned to The White Invite marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment. The White Invite is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address.
